Javaughn Malik Henry is a first-generation African-American actor, voice artist, and multidisciplinary storyteller working across film, television, theatre, and sound.

Raised by a single mother who nurtured his love of music, he began as a clarinetist before moving from the pit to the stage, where early roles like Seaweed in Hairspray shaped his connection to character and performance.

That foundation grew into voice over during the pandemic and, in recent years, into screen work including Chicken and Rice, Imaginary, and The Comic Shop.

Trained at Terry Knickerbocker Studio and Stella Adler Conservatory, he brings grounded intensity and emotional precision to stories driven by tension, responsibility, and inner conflict.
