Hey, I’m Javaughn.
Actor, voice artist, musician, and teacher based in Los Angeles. My path into the arts has never been about chasing perfection — it’s been about curiosity, craft, and the small moments where storytelling actually connects with someone.
As an actor, I’ve had the chance to lead the short film Chicken and Rice and make a guest appearance on The Comic Shop, both of which pushed me to sharpen my instincts and trust the work. In voiceover, I’ve collaborated with Netflix and contributed performance work for Two Horizons, a AAA video-game publisher known for world-building and cinematic storytelling. These projects strengthened my range, from grounded narrative reads to high-energy character roles.
Music has always been part of my foundation. I’ve trained for years as a woodwind musician, and that background shapes the way I approach rhythm, tone, and emotional pacing in both acting and voiceover. It also led me into teaching — something I take seriously and enjoy deeply. I work with students on voiceover, on-camera technique, and audio production, helping them build confidence and practical skill in a field that can feel overwhelming from the outside.
Alongside performing, I work as an audio engineer and operate a broadcast-ready home studio. That blend of technical and creative work lets me deliver polished results and collaborate fluidly with teams across different formats.
At the end of the day, my work comes down to curiosity, connection, and showing up with care for the story being told.
